i'm sorry. i didnt realize what i type didnt come out. i was in the hurry. i just bought Compaq Presario CQ20-213TU. when i was using it. i found out the QuickPlay button doesnt work. i asked the shop where i bought the laptop and i dont think they really know about it. even one of them said that it is a 'refresh button'. (sigh..) i already tried the HP Chat and one of the technician asked me to download the QuickLaunch software. which i already did. but the QuickPlay button still remains the same. my laptop is actually a freedos. but i bought it together with Windows Vista which the shop installed it for me. My laptop is Compaq Presario CQ20-213TU. Intel Core 2 Duo. Windows Vista Home Premium. thanks for the help.

Only laptops which come from HP with Vista pre-installed have QuickPlay installed.It is not part of retail Vista,nor does HP offer a downloadable version to install.

I have a pavilion dv7-1175nr and the quickplay button above my keyboard is not working! I have uninstalled the software and re-enstalled quickplay using the recovery manager and it still does not work!
