touchpad occasionally freezes up

I have an Envy14 using windows 7

From time to time my touch pad freezes up and I can't move the pointer, the right and left buttons still work along with all the other function keys. used trouble shoot and maintenance, did not show anything wrong. whats the next step

Please write your notebook product number (p/n), which system are you using and country of purchase.
