tx2-1025dx talking by itself please help.

i don't know how this started but i can be on the internet explorer or just  using the notepad and my tx2 starts talking is like if the internet is open without being open it sounds like some video or something. i can be listening to music and not be in the internet and the sound just pops up and i can't find where is coming from my antivirus doesn't detect anything it says that the laptop is clean and i think that due to that my internet sometimes acts weird and really slow.

Check if narrator is ON.

 

Start> control panel> ease of access> make the computer easier to see> make sure that the narrator is unticked. > apply then ok.
