You shouldn't be using copy wipe as you don't have recovery cds...
You should reboot and hit F8 or F10 it should go into recovery mode and help you recover..

Do not try to recover while you are in Windows if this is constantly a problem, try to Recover back to original settings outside windows like when you boot up laptop hit F8 or F10 and try to recover outside of the OS, so it won't have the error.
If you still have error try to boot up Windows in SAFE MODE and try to recover, in SAFE MODE you have alot of things disabled so recovery should work. Try disabling any antivirus protection or program control protection so it will not stop your recovery programs from working. If all else fails BACKUP YOUR DOCUMENTs to a external hard drive or flash drive. Then backup your Windows activation key or make sure you have Windows Activation key written down somewhere and wipe your hard drive clean and do a clean of install Windows 7 again.. Then put in your windows activation key or restore your backed up windows activation key and install HP softwares again. It should be working all good.
