why did i buy an HP

[ Edited ]

Hi,

I need your help...CAN YOU? I bought my laptop on the 10th of April 2011, it
is a notebook Pavilion DV-3268c, since the time I bought it I have been
constantly complaining for thermal heating. The laptop was taken for a check
and the problem was resolved and this was 3 months within my purchase. From
then on there has always been a continuous thermal heating issue with the
machine but because of 2 sudden demises in the family we were not able to
get to the problem and resolve it with the customer service. I called again
on the 14th of Feb and also complained about the service to the manager a
Mr.Suresh, he updated the Bios and said I should call if the problem occurs
again. I ws told if the problem persists the laptop would be replaced, but
going through hours of dialogue with customer service team was not something
i wanted to do. As the first servcie issue took until 1am in the morning
CANADA time to resolve. The problem still persisted but but husband bought
me a cooling pad and that kinda off resolved the issue. But now the laptop
heats with the pad on. I called the service center they say my warranty just
expired a day ago. How can you help me for all the trouble that I have gone
through in dealing with HP. I have a DELL laptop and have never faced a
problem with it? So did my husband make a mistake by buying me an HP a gift?
I don't know if this email is even going to get to you. I would love to hear
from HP if their service levels are as high as they propagate it to be?

Will wait to hear some positive news from you?

In Anticipation.
