why is my warranty voided?

why is my warranty now considered "void" only three months after I purchased? tech support told me my warranty was valid and it would cover repairs but the people in repairs are now charging me money!
is this a mistake? it seems likely. has anyone else had this problem, and if so how did you get it resolved?

my friend, I'm not even gonna attempt to type the concise answer to your question in here, but if you want an answer check out my profile and read some of my posts. I'm sorry to tell you this but in a nutshell, unless it was due to a legitimate and documented hardware defect your warranty will most likely never be honored. sorry.

**bleep**! thanks for you're honestly. I was hoping it was just a mistake but too many people seem to have similar problems for it to be a mistake. this sucks.
