youcam won't take pictures

I recently tried to clean up my folders on my HP Pavilion g6. I moved the Youcam folders from the documents folder to the pictures folder. Now because i moved those, my youcam won't record video or take pictures. My computer also tells me i don't have the authority to move the folders back. My operating system is windows 7.
