2100 will not switch on

My psc 2100 series printer has simply stopped turning on. Cable ok, We had a power cut (3 hours) just before. Any obvious things to check please?

Try another power cord first  and then try another outlet, unless other devices operating on that outlet still work.

Thaks for your prompt reply.

I've checked cable and outlet - both ok. since it died with no warning, I hoped there might be something I could check. perhaps a fuse or known weakness.
