6510e all in one - prints blank pages, it sounds like printing but it's blank.

6510e all in one printer. sometimes my new printer prints sometimes it doesn't - email's, word, excel, scans & copies. It actually sounds like it's printing but the paper is blank.

Hello,

 

Please perform below steps that should resolve the issue .

Make sure there is ink in the cartridges atleast 25%.

 

on the printer display ..

  1. Touch the Wrench tool icon , then
  2. touch Tools, then
  3. touch Clean Printhead
