8600 Plus Touch Screen Issue

Hello,

 

The touch screen of my 8600 is all white and nothing appears.  I can touch it and hear it doing commands but I can't see what it is doing.  Thoughts?

I am having the extact same problem. My touch screen was working yesterday and now it is white and will not do anything. Hopefully someone can assist with this issue.
