We unplugged the A799 from the Point of Sale Workstation and when we plugged it back in we get an undefined device in the Device Manager "SD USB Device" and cannot get this to resolve itself. The printer is not being recognized and you cannot print to it. This is an OPOS driver, not a Windows Driver. Running the OPOS test utility will successfully Open the port but cannot CLAIM the printer because the computer doesn't think anything is plugged into that port. How do we get release that port and assign this printer to it again?
