Aii-In-One-Printer

A friend has an all in one printer which I don't have.   She changed the paper size to 6.5 by 10 when making a new document.  The printer won't recognize the change  I have gone through all the steps I know and all the ones  "help" had.  I am lost as what to do to help her.

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What operating system? What program is she printing from?
