I have the Photosmart 2710 and i cant get the bluetooth adapter (bt300)  to work anymore. It used to work a 2 years ago. now that i have a phone to pair with it i cant get it to work. the screen says "NO BLUETOOTH  Refer to users guide for device update instructions" What can i do?
