Borderless Printing

I have a 7500 A Wide Format Printer. I am trying to print borderless and it keeps giving me a 1/4" border on the bottom of a

 12 x12 and the bottom and right side of an 81/2 x 11. If I print with a border it cuts out 1/4" divided on all four sides. Is there any fix for this? Please help
