C309 Photosmart Photos don't print with all colors

After having powered off the C309n for a couple of day the first time printing a photo, the colors don't completely print. Have preformed all the alignment and cleanings as suggested. Regular color print outs are fine, just the photos are missing all the colors. Tried printing directly from SD card and computer, no difference. Using both HP ink and HP Glossy paper. Photo print settings are set to BEST.

 

Anyone else have this issue? How did you resolve.
