C309a Printer Cartridges

I have had my HP Photosmart Premium All-In-One (C309a) long enough to go through two sets of cartridges. This printer uses the 564/564XL cartridges. I am shopping for new cartridges and now see two cartridges which appear to be the same. One is a CB321WN and the other is a CB321WN#140. The HP store only offers the CB321WN#140. Another web retailer offers both cartridges but the CB321WN#140 commands a higher price. Does anyone know if there is a difference in the two cartridges?

I know this post was made quite a while ago, but I see that it wasn't answered.

The CB321 is black XL cartridge. The part number was changed to CN684 in Sep2010. Also the body size was changed. See link below for more detail...
