I have a all-in one c4250 series that was bought in the USA but is now being used in the UK. No matter which ink replacement cartridges I try even HP 351 which is 'said' to be compatible - all show the message 'not compatible with this printer'
Some days ago I am sure I found a fix for this on one of the HP support sites - but now cannot find it.
Can any one help to solve the problem or the site that has the fix.
Many thanks

You will need to contact HP and request a Regionalization Reset. You will need a set of cartridges for the new region and will need to have access to your computer and printer while on the phone (or possibly chat) with HP.
There should not be any charge for the reset service, it is included under cartridge warranty even if the printer is out of warranty.
