C4280 All-in-one Missing Print Settings

Hi Guys, I really hope you can help with my problem as it is driving me nuts, we have our printer for a few years now and have not had a problem with it, in fact i am still not sure if this is actually going to down the to the printer but we will see, anyway, we have recently purchased a second desktop PC which of course has the OS Windows 7, the primary PC has OS XP this is the PC where the printer is installed to, we created a network for the 2 PC's and a laptop and got everything working fine, that is until a few days ago, I use the new PC as I do a lot of digital crafts and graphic printing for hand made crafts so I regularly change my print settings, what has seemed to have gone is in print preferences the option to print onto card as the Greeting Card/Other Greeting Card option is no longer showing :womansad: but it does show on the main PC, so why does this option show on one and not the other? and why when it did show before has it disappear??

I am totally confused.

Have you downloaded and installed the Win 7 drivers for your printer?

So are you sharing the printer? Is the printer directly connected to the XP PC and you're sharing it on the Win 7 PC?

Re: C4280 All-in-one Missing Print Settings

The printer is directly connected to the XP pc and I share it via a home network, the software for the printer was also installed on the W7 pc as initially I couldn't see the printer without doing so.
