I have a HP C4820 all-in-one printer. I have the following frustrating problem. The printer is installed..is working ok..I use original cartrigies - 350 and 351 - regular or XL. At a certain time, even if the ink level is more then 50%, i get the message on the printer "the cartridge is broken or missing or incompatible". From this point I cannot use it anymore and I have to buy another one. I had this problem with the last 3 cartridgies - colour, black, xl, all kinds.
Please help, were is the problem? It is not right to pay money for cartridgies - ORIGINAL - and not being able to use the printer. It cost me much money.
