My 6180 has been showing please insert new black and cyan cartridges even though they had just been replaced. it would print test pages but not actually prints that i wanted. i took all of the cartridges out then. put them back in and now its working fine.

The OK Help buttons also worked on my C6180 All-in-one printer

My Photosmart 3210 does not have a # key to use for resetting as mentioned. Any ideas, anyone?
