I washed the C6380 print head and let it dry overnight and got the printer to work.

I just fixed my cartridge Alignment failure problem.  I removed all the ink cartridges and the printing head and used Q-tips and rubbing alcohol to remove all residual ink on the print head and the cleaned the slots where the ink is sprayed onto the paper.  I also cleaned the screens inside  printing head where the ink cartridges are placed.  All is working fine now.
