i have an hp laserjet procm1415fnw and it keep on given me this message 1523 error

Not sure what printer or error you are getting since the subject and body have different models and error codes.  If the error is a 51.23 and your printer is an hp color laser printer, then you have an issue with the yellow laser/scanner not working.  It could be the dc controller or the laser/scanner, however due to the cost of repair it will probably be best to replace the printer.
