I bought the CP1025 nw printer a couple of weeks ago. I have done a fair amount of black printing so wasn't too surprised when the black toner light started flashing and I bought a new toner, possibly earlier than I needed to as I didn't realise then that I would still be able to print from it for a bit longer. I've done very little colour printing at all: no more than a colour logo on on a few pages (ie less than 50 in total), but the colour toner lights have started flashing today, along with the 'attention' light. Having looked at the instruction booklet, that told me taht the colour toner's low. I am concerned that because my black toner has 'gone' the printer assumes the others have too - this is not what I expected, and I don't expect to have to replace all toners when the black ones run out. But how can I stop this happening?
Also, I am getting an error message: 'HP system tray status is not working'. What's that all about? I'm not finding the online help much good nor the instruction booklet, so would be grateful for some help.
Thanks!

I have got the same error messages everytime I print, and it does not matter if it connected wirelessly or USB. The other problem I have is no how many pages I have it print - it only prints one page!
The printer does print even though these error messages come up.
I have an HP Laptop and it does not get along with this HP printer.
(I have this posted in another spot on this website)
Now my Wife's Toshiba will print however many pages I ask it to with no error messages.
All I can think is that somethng loaded in the HP software is fighting against the drivers for the 1025 printer.
If I come across what causes it - will post
