Cannot find the Toolbox so I cannot find the align cartrige option.

I have a Deskjet D4360 as well as an HP scanner. I need to align the cartige in the printer but I cannot find the toolbox that has the align cartrige option. When I try to find the HP Solution Center for the printer, I can only find it for the scanner. I've tried right clicking the printer and looking at Printing Preferences and Properties. The user manual and an online description both say to go to the Toolbox, but it doesn't seem to exist. Help!

Could you provide the community with a little more information to help narrow troubleshooting? What operating system is this for?
