Re my HP Deskjet 4480 printer with Windows 7 on my computer, I suddenly cannot print a page from the web. Instead I get a pop-up box, "There was an internal error and IE is unable to print this document" or another box that says, "An error has occured in the script page. Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?"
Anyone know what's causingn this and a solution ?

Hi - A couple of things to try:
- Exit out of all of your apps and reboot the computer. Try printing again.
- Click Start, Devices and Printers, right click on the C6350 and choose Printer Properties. From there, click the Advanced tab and choose "Print directly to the printer". Click Apply and OK. From there try printing again.
Hope one of those options help.

Thanx for your response, but that didn't solve the problem.

At this point, I'd recommend a couple of different options:
- Try a different Browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox)
- If you want to use IE, you might try uninstalling and reinstalling, especially if you're able to print from other apps without a problem.
Hope that helps.
