Color LaserJet 4730 customizing print trays

I have an HP Color LaserJet 4730mfp.  I have everything, including faxes (they print automatically), being printed at that printer.  I would like to ensure that the priority for normal print jobs is Tray 2, 3, then 4.  I would like to use Tray 1 (on the side) as the manual feed to envelopes and other special print jobs.  Is there a way to do this without making users have to figure out which tray to use?

 

I have run into the problem where a user who is printing envelopes gets their print interrupted by a fax.  It unnecessarily uses an envelope and loses most of the information on the fax.
