Designjet 510 out of Paper error

I need a little help, I have been trying to align the paper (setup mode) on the Designjet 510. I placed a Sheet of paper (24 in X 36 in). I followed the instructions, lining up on the blue lines. Selected Sheet paper. The paper is fed through, the head with the light on comes out, 1/2 through it stops reads, and then continues to the end of the paper. At which time I get a Paper not found message

 

Any suggestions?
