Desk jet 2360 - can't delete a job from the pirnt que -

I have a print job stuck in the Q - how do I delete?  Have tried cancel, pause, etc....turn printer off, on, unplugged electricity, etc.  Thanks.

Have you tried going: control panel - printers - printer with prt job; clk on it to open. hi-llite prt job (left clk and drag); then rt click and delete. works every time. If not, delete prtr and reinstall it.
