Deskject 6980 will not print pictures on webpages....

I have a deskjet 6980 that I like and prints well with the exception of when I am trying to print a webpage, it will not print the pictures on that webpage. I just leaves an open box where the picture should be. All the text around the photo prints fine. I am a realator and cannot print the listing off of the mls webpage. The actual picture of the home is left blank. Now if I click on the photo itself it will print that fine by itself. It was printing just fine in Vista but I have upgraded with a format and now using Windows 7 pro and the printer is installed correctly as it prints everything just fine with the exception of the actual picture of the house in the listing.---Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks,

Hi

What internet browser are you printing from?

Have you tried using a different internet browser?

THe way some images are formated on a websites can cause this issue. One work around to this problem is to press the print scrn key on your keyboard, and then paste the captured screenshot into Microsoft word. You will then be able to print the screenshot you captured.

I am an HP employee.
