Deskjet 4180 & Win Vista 6.0 SP2

Have a Deskjet 4180 on an Acer PC running Vista 6.0 SP2.  Every time I awaken my computer from hibernation or sleep, my computer re-installs my printer.  It creates another printer name - HP Deskjet 4100 series (copy N), and makes it my default printer (but does not delete any other printers; just seems to disconnect them).  When I restart or shut down & reboot, same thing happens.

Anyone else seen this problem or have any solution?

When I clicked on the APPLY PATCH link, it sent me to a survey about my download.

can you send me direct link to whatever I need to grab to fix my issues?

I am having the problem where the printer keeps re-installing the driver and making copies of it.

I am not sure what happened with the original link but try this one.  Also,  this patch may  be useful and should be applied.
