This setup only allows manual duplexing. How do I change it to printer duplexing?
This feature worked correctly with Windows XP.

The duplexer defaults to "not installed", you need to tell Windows the duplexer is installed as described in the Vista/Windows 7 Duplex Printing Troubleshooting Guide.
