Deskjet 970Cse acts like it's printing, but nothing prints

I have a Deskjet 970 Cse, it has 90% catridges, and I have recently cleaned it (after trouble started)

Details:

 

Just quit putting ink on the page,  still goes thru all the motions, sounds like it is working, just shows nothing on the page

 

I have used troubleshooting

 

I have run all the test etc pages, all of which sound great, but it prints nothing

 

I have used another printing cable

 

When I open it, the arrow points to happy face

 

I have followed the instructions to move the print cartriges and clean  (yucky!)

 

I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver.

 

I cannot figure out what is wrong. 

 

It has worked so well for so long, guess I got spoiled.  I am hoping someone can help.
