I can't print anything on Microsoft Office Word 2007, Adobe 8.0. I have Windows vista service pack 2. I change the usb cable but it wont print anything. Every time I open Word and try to print something it says " office stop working".

The only way that i find to solve this issue in vista and 2k7 it was install the printer and after change the

driver to deskjet 990c, i cant scan but at least print
