I normally use a serial 60 ink cartridge for my F4280 - freely available in Asia, but I can't find one in UK. I bought a 300 serial HP cartridge, which the packaging states is ok for the F4280, but my printer won't work with it. I followed the problem-fixing wizard, without success. Help!

Hi,

 

The printer you purchased has a regional setting for Asia which results in the HP300 catridge you bought in the UK not being accepted.. If you contact HP at link below the call agents will be able to assist you in resetting the region on your printer, you will need the cartridge from your current counrty location to complete the reset as your previous one will no longer be accepted..
