Error Message on B210a "Photo Tray Problem""Re-insert or lower the photo tray"

HP B210a printer with HP Pavilion dv6-3013cl Notebook and Windows 7 When I try to print a picture with HP 4x6 Premium Photo Paper i get an error message "Photo Tray Problem""Re-insert or lower the photo tray." I see no way of lowering the tray but have re-inserted it several times. And the only way I can find to get out of the error message is to turn the printer off.
