Error memory magenta print cartridge CP1215

Hello. I ask for help.
On the printer, hp Laserjet CP1215 there is an error: "Error memory magenta print cartridge"
Cartridge a new, out of the packaging, as well as all the rest.
What advise?
p.s.: It is possible will help initializing NVRAM. How to do this?
