why does the error 83e8eeff keep appearing when i try to align my printer?

Purchased new MF HP Desktop 2510. Produce Code CX027A.
Installed as instructions using CD supplied for basic installation. After USB cable attached, and program appears to finish, computer shuts down to blue screen with information that a fatel error has been avoided. Computer is restarted and all appears fine. Control pannel inspected, and printer appears to be attached and ready for use. When in 2510 utility program to produce test print and align cartidges, error displayed (83e8eeff). Unable to print from computer at all.
Windows 7, 64bit system.

Hi - Try following the steps in this document:
If you're not seeing the words Ink System Failure, try following the steps for resolve the 0x errors.
