Oliver13 wrote:Hello,
My problem is similiar, however I have a European printer and my relative has sent me some cartridges from the U.S., so they don't work either. I called HP in Sweden an they said they can't do anything about it and I have to buy European cartridges. After this call I have read this post, and I just like to ask that is HP supposed to help me in this case aswell with the regional reset or I really need to throw out ink in 60 USD value?
Thanks
The regionalization reset does not apply for your case. It is intended to service users that move from one region to another. HP's web page on the subject is here. You can send the ink back for use in the US, you will need to get the correct cartridges for your region.

Thanks mate, I think I will buy a pair of the European inks and get a syringe and use the US ones as refill. Because honestly saying how people should know about that one ink is not compatible with the printer in another region, and I don't really see the point of the whole thing. But nevermind I think I got a solution ![]()
