Fuser Error 13.05.00 on laser jet 9000 printer

We have had this printer for several years and always kept the warranty on it. It cost us about $1700 a year. This year when time to renew they said they no longer carried the extended warranty. I really need some help figuring out what is wrong with our printer. We are constantly getting fuser errors and jams in the fuser. We spent then money a few weeks ago and bought a new fuser and after about a week we started getting the same error. Has anyone ever had this problem? 

Here are a few of the errors I am receiving. 

13.05.00 1446121 FUSER OUTPUT,PAPER LATE JAM

50.02.00 1446123 50.? FUSER ERROR

13.31.00 1446093 FUSER OUTPUT, PAPER LATE JAM

50.02.00 1446091 50.? FUSER ERROR

The HP LaserJet 9000 is a commercial printer. I suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support for a better chance at finding a solution.
