HP 6510 - Not printing 8x10

Just bought an HP 6510.  Any ideas how to print 8x10 pics?  The top tray only accepts smaller pic paper, and the printer won't pick up the larger printer paper from the bottom tray.

could you provide the community with a little more information to help narrow troubleshooting? What operating system are we using?
