HP 9500 MFP printer. Question Mark ? error

Hi all we have a HP 9500 MFP

unfourtantley we seemed to of man handled the machine when removing a paper jam.

now the LED display is displaying, a question mark in each of the toner displays and the image drums, indicating they ar all missing, I think we might not have contact with a micro switch or something similar.

 

Any ideas?
