HP C5550 will not print documents from Word out of main tray, defaults to Photo Tray

Recently while trying to design labels, I noticed I could not print saved document files from the main try, the C5550 keeps trying to print from the photo tray.

 

Any idea what is messed up in settings>  I have checked them all, they say MAIN TRAY.

Hmm, if all of our settings point to the proper tray lets try downloading and running the print and scan doctor located here:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c03275041&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en

It can fix a lot on its own and if not give a better idea of what is going on. Let us know the results.
