Hi all-
I have had a problem with this printer, despite multiple troubleshooting attempts and downloading the HP Printer Diagnostics program, for 6 months. It says there is no paper in the tray. Clearly there is. I have even watched the illustration for loading paper into the printer to make sure I am doing it properly. This is pretty ricidulous. I have installed all updates. Not sure what else to do.
Thanks,
Kelly

Hi,
This issue may occur due to any one of the following reason.
* Paper tray is not seated properly. * Any obstructions on the media path. * Wrong paper settings in the software. * The paper trays are empty or overloaded. * The paper is curled. * The paper-width guide is pressed against the paper stack too tightly. * The paper tray is not completely inserted into the unit. * The paper settings in the printer driver do not match the paper loaded in the paper tray. * The rear rubber paper feed rollers are coated with dust.
Please follow the steps mentioned in the web link below to resolve the issue:

Thank you for your response- I went through the steps in the link you posted, but the printer toolbox-paper feed cleaning program will not respond. Not sure what to do there. Thanks!
