HP DESKJET 1360 light keeps blinking but doesn't work

Windows 7 Ultimate

No error messages

I haven't printed a single page after buying this printer. it wasn't working from the beginning. Everything looks perfect even hp diagnostic tool didnt find a single error. Drivers installed correctly. printer is connected to my laptop correctly. Catridges are moving perfectly. Windows also displays printer is working correctly. But the printer light keeps blinking without printing.

Since the 1360 is new you should contact HP phone support.

i tried all this things but it didnt fix the problem. Im from Sri lanka and i don't know who's the HP authorized dealer to give my printer to repair. If i send it to US it will cost me a lot
