Printer turns on then shows a blinking hourglass. I have replaced all printheads and ink cartridges, to no avail. When I try to get into restricted access by unplugging printer then hold power button and resume at same time then plug printer in. I do not get the tool icon instead I get on the screen on the printer in the im column black squares in the second and fourth row and in the ic column black squares in the first, second and third row. Cannot find what this code means HP no longer offers support for this printer. See attachments. Any help will be grateful. Mark
