HP Deskjet 5650 Printer

Trying to get deskjet 5650 to work with windows vista 64 bit ? any help would be Great!!!!

How about some details?  How is the printer connected?  What error messages do you get?  Will the printer print a standalone diagnostic page?  Will the printer print a WIndows test page?

the hp 5650 printer does come up when i add a printer it just won't print, it work find on xp.

i also have a hp photosmart c 4180 that works well with xp or vista 64bit

in device manager it show the c4180 but not the hp 5650?

Does the 5650 show up in the printers folder (Start, Devices and Printers)?  If not the printer has not been correctly installed.  Are you connected by USB or another connection?

the printer shows up in the printer folder and is hooked up by USB

it show error printing in the doc print box.

it show up in the printer folder as hp deskjet 5600 series ( HPA ) , its a hp deskjet 5650 printer

Hi, I am trying to install a HP deskjet 5650 on vista, connected using USB. when I am trying to intall it stops with an error message saying - Your system  has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again.- Can anyone help as it printed before and now it isn't.
