HP Deskjet F4135 colors not printing correctly

When I go to print a word document, my colors are not printing the correct colors.  i.e. purple prints out green - green prints out blue, etc.

How do I correct this problem?  If I print a coupon from a web page, all the colors are correct.  If I print any pictures, they are the wrong color too. 

I reinstalled my printer disc and I also have a new color cartridge that aligned and printed my color test page correctly.   HELP!

Try printing a self test page by pressing the Cancel and the Color Copy button at the same time. Do you see all the colours here?
