HP ENVY 100 all-in-one D410a door does not close

Print is delivered, door opens, paper support swings out,  paper is now resting on the suppport, then removed,

support arm retreats and comes to rest, but the door remains open after the printer buffer is empy.

Same here I love this printer otherwise, but this is highly annoying.  Thinking about taking it back.
