HP Inkjet 3050 Printer Display

I have a HP inkjet 3050 printer.  The wireless light is blue so connecting to computer.  Can print but most of the print is missing.  The ink lights are not flashing so assume enough ink.  The display buttons do not seem to work.  The display shows  Set Up; Black Copy; Colour Copy but I cannot change the display as the buttons do not work.
