HP Laserjet CP1025nw Color Printer - printer prints two copies when only one is requested.

Press and hold the Cancel (X) button for about 5 to 10 seconds to printer configuration page from the printer.

Are you getting the double print now that you updated the printer to Firmware Version is 20120130?

As I stated earlier in a previous reply, the printer now does not print since we did the update to the firmware, either through the wireless channels or the direct connection between computer and printer.  As I asked earlier, what do I do now?

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the printer after the firmware update?

I uninstalled the printer program and reinstalled the newest version of the basic printer program, after the firmware update.  I set the printer to print one copy of a 27 page document with the printer set to print on both sides of the sheet.

The printer printed both sides of the document , however I still have some what of the same problem. 

Previously the printer printed one two-sided document and one single sided document.  This time it printed two, two-sided documents, when only one document was requested.

I should have also told you that the program being used to print the document was Foxit Reader 5.1 and the document was a PDF file.

Try printing the same file using Adobe Reader, and let me know what you find out?

I printed the document with Adobe Reader.  Again, I printed the document on both sides of the paper.  Again, I set up the print job with one copy to be printed.  Again, I received to copies of the printed document.  The printer prints one full document, with me taking 1/2 the document after it is printed and putting the pages printed on in the paper tray and then it finishes the document.  After the document is finished, it pauses for approximately 30 seconds and then begans the second copy of the document.
